POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🔥 From the fire of high-pressure kitchens to the warmth of home-cooked flavors, we
built Taco Amaiz with love, purpose, and passion. No shortcuts, no fusion—just real
Mexican food, served fresh. 🌮

We’re not just chefs. We’re two friends who decided to take a different path and chose
family over the grind, and cooking over the chaos. Taco Amaiz is our story, served fresh,
one plate at a time.

So come hungry. Come as you are. We’ll take care of the rest.

Our Birria Tacos are made just like they are back home in Mexico – soft tortillas filled with long slow-cooked birria beef, fresh toppings, and all the flavour. Traditionally, birria is goat, beef, or lamb marinated in vinegar, chilli, and spices, then slow-cooked in a rich broth and served as stew or in tacos. by @tacoamaiz

Hey Food Fam 👋 right in the heart of the city, @theelliottstables is your go-to when you just can’t pick one cuisine 🍽️✨

We went all in and tried from @tacoamaiz @deniro_restaurant @birdonawirenz and @lepaknz , and honestly, that’s the way to do it here. The vibe is warm and bustling, with that cool European food hall feel perfect for casual catch-ups or group hangs. Service was quick, the variety is unbeatable, and every bite hit the spot 🙌

Date time ✨
Dinner at @theelliottstables → Night at the Theatre
@aucklandlive x @andjulietnz 🇳🇿📍

A different way to experience food in Auckland.

Multiple kitchens, one space — no rules, just good food and good energy.

It actually reminded me of my time working in food markets… simple, social, and all about the experience.

Dinner at Elliott Stables, then straight to the theatre 🎭

A perfect way to spend the night: @theelliottstables + @andjulietnz ✨

Elliott stables is an international food court with more than 10 eateries to choose from.
The interior is beautifully decorated with cobble stone laneways, and vibrant neon nights.

We ordered:
-BBQ baby back ribs from bonzcajun
-Bun cha- Hà Nội style from Saigon social
-Pork belly tacos from taco amaiz
-Chicken mee goreng from LEPAK
-Chicken fettuccine from Deniro
-Kunafa soft serve from Miguelitos soft serve

The back ribs from Bonzcajun were tender, and coated with a sweet and sticky sauce. Perfect for sharing and sat on a bed of crispy, fluffy fries.

The Bun cha from Saigon social was also memorable. The dipping sauce broth was fragrant and the pieces of pork belly were fatty and smoky 😋😋

You always have to end a meal on a sweet note and Elliott stables have miguelitos soft serve and cocolane. We tried the Kunafa soft serve which was pistachio soft serve topped with Kunafa, choc sauce and pistachio sauce. Not too sweet and very creamy🍦

Address: 41 Elliott street, Auckland CBD
