Finding a great food truck is always a win, and Tacos Ruby's in Kansas City is a solid find. It's not just about the food—it's the whole scene.

Seeing them prepare everything fresh and then getting that perfectly packed container of tacos is a whole mood. The tortillas are a standout, and the meat is incredibly flavorful. Definitely a spot to hit up for some amazing street food.
