I think life should be a series of beautiful rooms, full of utility graced with the touch of materials that age with grace and deepens with sentimentality. A table to gather around, the ritual of bathing, a place for your eye to linger, and the idea of rest can be captured. This home that we renovate for a client almost 15 years ago, was so rich with history and character our roll was to peel the layers of a 1990’s renovation, and tip the hat to the New Orleans golden era…. We designed a palette of materials that speaks to the craft of the original home… by @tacstudios
