We’ll always do our best to remove scammers from our platform, but here are a few tips to help reduce the risk of being scammed.

While there are often many good deals on the website, be skeptical of crazy prices from unfamiliar/unverified accounts.

The feedback feature on our platform is built specifically to combat scammers. Be sure to use it.

If the name of the person you've been conversing with on Tacswap differs from their Venmo, PayPal, etc. Be wary.

Tacswap has many great groups filled with knowledgeable, experienced buyers/sellers. Don't hesitate to ask them about an account you don't recognize.

We actively monitor our site for scammers, but please do your part by reporting them if you see them so we can remove them. by @tacswap_

We’ve covered how to be a good buyer; now it’s time to discuss how to be a good seller.

Better pictures = higher likelihood of selling the item quickly (assuming it’s not made by Bear Creek Arsenal).

At the very least, use your phone's coloring option to cover items you’re not selling to avoid confusion and frustration.

You’re free to list your items at whatever price you’d like, but a little research goes a long way toward a quick sale.

Courtesy is always appreciated.

Letting the buyer know you received payment, providing tracking info, and notifying them of any delays are all appropriate here.

Swipe to learn a few tips on how to be a good buyer on our platform.

If the seller wants to trade, they’ll likely say so in the item description.

Be mindful of people’s time; don’t waste yours or the sellers' if you’re window shopping.

A good attitude and calm demeanor will take you far in life and on Tacswap. Act accordingly.

Make sure you have the seller’s preferred payment method ready, and don’t use descriptions when sending funds.
