Be educated enough to flow! sometimes we forget how to think for ourselves. Relying only on the textbook steps given to you is never enough, you must be a problems solver.

Yes, Stop The Bleed will teach you what to do with your tools. However, what happens when those tools are not around. What’s your next move? Especially when you are full of anxiety and you are nervous! What happens then?

You must become good at improvising, thinking things through and staying in calm. The information you receive in a Stop The bleed training should be the guide to help you make the best decision when you need it most!

As you know, most problems are not black-and-white, however, all problems are solved in the gray area.

This video, Instructor Simon is speaking to one of the students who was stabbed in the neck and had to perform Stop The bleed methods on himself because everyone else around him was scared. He was able to preserve his own life by using a T-shirt.

Know the principles, utilize the principles and preserve life!

One thing that helps is consistency of practice. Practice being in a controlled environment that is full of chaos so you know how to stay calm and think under pressure.

We provide such scenarios in our Stop The bleed classes. If you would like more information please reach out. We will be happy to serve.

Stop The Bleed 🩸 Tip

When dealing with Blood traps it is essential to avoid having them on whenever you are looking to pack wound to preserve someone’s life.

What are blood traps? Anything you have on your wrist and or fingers. This includes watches, rings, bracelets, rubber bands wristbands any other than what you were born with.

Why do we do this?
To avoid any unnecessary complications from blood being hidden under the thing you are wearing giving it time to absorbed into your skin.

If blood does get on you, stay calm reach out to your doctor and follow their advice. 🧼🫧👋🏾

Thank you @opsphl @roca_inc for allowing us to serve you.

If you have any questions or would like to book a training with us, we would love to serve you. Please, reach out.

Big appreciation for one of the leading fathers in the organization, Agent Simon. Thank you for leading an amazing #StopTheBlees Class. There were so many great takeaways from the class such as:
1. What do you do if you are first on the scene?
2. How long should you actually apply pressure?
3. What are the things a T-shirt can be used for if you are in a tight spot without the proper equipment?

We are excited to answer all of these questions and more. Let’s talk 🗣️🗣️🗣️

Thank you @opsphl for providing the opportunity for us to serve you.
A statement we live by- “Service To Many Leads To Greatness”

We value the opportunity to play a small part in knowing someone we served my very well have to preserve a life. It’s not enough to know what to do, but to be confident enough to do it when the time is easier with everything.

@roca_inc thank you as well, the work you are doing in the community and the mission you stand for is very much needed.

Again- “Service To Many Leads To Greatness”

We look forward to seeing you in our next class!

Question, How young is too young? What if your child is the only one around who can save you? Medical Incidents happen all the time. How prepared are you to Stop The Bleed 🩸? Often it is the bleeding that causes unnecessary death, not the injury itself.
Thank you to @guidingstars2014 for providing space and opportunity with your program for our youth to learn how to preserve life. Thank you @ptg11113 for bringing us to the table to serve.

Ps. This young lady is also CPR certified. So again, how young is too young?
