I'm always such a perfectionist about posts and only want to share finished artworks, buut I love when other artists share sketches and WIPs and stuff ✨ so here's some random stuff I drew /⁠ᐠ⁠｡⁠ꞈ⁠｡⁠ᐟ⁠\ 1. & 2. is from my rendering tutorial, not the same OC btw, even though they look kinda similar because of the shared color palette ⊙⁠﹏⁠⊙ 3. is a little apple themed outfit I put together from Pinterest references and I actually made this body base and drew a bunch of outfits, because I loove dress-up games and originally wanted to make a reel with them, buut I never did (⁠´⁠-⁠﹏⁠-⁠`⁠；⁠) 4. is a sketch I made of an OC I'm thinking of redesigning a little and am wanting to make a proper character sheet for (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠) (idk when or if I'm actually doing that tho) 5. was the start of an animation and actually the first time I tried around with animating in procreate, but I got frustrated and never continued working on it ಠ⁠﹏⁠ಠ this post feels so vulnerable, but I hope you like the insight on my ever growing pile of unfinished projects ◖⁠⚆⁠ᴥ⁠⚆⁠◗✧⁠*⁠。 by @tadisatelier

this is a redraw of an old drawing I made back in 2017, when I just started out with digital art ✨ (old drawing at the end ->>>) It was so fun revisiting an old design, looking back really makes me appreciate the growth, that happened over the years (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠) Although I did fight with my past self and her design choices a little bit, I tried not to change up too much.. buut also wanted to make some minor improvements (⁠ꏿ⁠﹏⁠ꏿ⁠;⁠) The background however.. My first DTIYS entry of 2026 ⁽⁠⁽⁠◝⁠(⁠ ⁠•⁠௰⁠•⁠ ⁠)⁠◜⁠⁾⁠⁾˖⁠♡ I had so much fun drawing @_yujuchoy s OC Noka for her #ying1900dtiys ♡⁠(⁠Ӧ⁠ｖ⁠Ӧ⁠｡⁠) The whole design and color scheme just spoke to me and I couldn't get her out of my head, ever since I saw the post a few months ago, so I HAD to draw her (⁠◕⁠ᴗ⁠◕⁠✿⁠) I will not be doing any kind of complex background again.. at least in the foreseeable future, because.. that shit took FOREVER (⁠｡⁠ŏ⁠﹏⁠ŏ⁠) The idea behind this drawing was inspired by the flower she has in her hair. had to end 2025 with my biggest obsession - ✧vampires✧ ꒰⁠⑅⁠ᵕ⁠༚⁠ᵕ⁠꒱⁠˖⁠♡ this took forever, but I managed to finish before the end of the year (⁠人⁠ ⁠•͈⁠ᴗ⁠•͈⁠) This specific vampire is actually a character I’ve drawn before, though it was quite some time ago, so he may not be immediately recognizable. I’ve always been drawn to the idea of subverting familiar tropes and expectations, which is why I dressed him entirely in white clothing and with gold jewelry. I think the pale look traditionally associated with vampires pairs beautifully with this monochromatic palette, creating an aesthetic that feels soft and regal. White and gold evoke images of snow, innocence, and angelic purity—qualities that sharply contrast with conventional portrayals of vampires, as legends and folklore often compare them to demons, symbolic of sin and disease. I love that conflict, it reminds me of the saying, a “wolf in sheep’s clothing,”. I wanted him to appear calm and gentle, which the soft and light colors really helped emphasize. His expression almost serene, capturing the quiet intimacy and suspense in the moment just before the bite. That stillness holds a fragile beauty, one that is about to be shattered as his true nature surfaces and the purity of the scene is inevitably tainted by his hunger. That feeling, that tension and desire was actually what first inspired me to start drawing this piece and I hope I managed to capture it well. Don't stare too long she m̶̶i̶̶g̶̶h̶̶t̶ will eat you ✧⁠*⁠。 I had so much fun with this project and I'll definitely draw her again in the near future (⁠♡⁠ω⁠♡⁠ ⁠)⁠ ⁠~⁠♪ I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of women using their sexuality as a weapon, turning those who desire them into their prey. It feels deeply empowering, especially since women are so often depicted in the opposite way, where vulnerability, helplessness, or innocence are sexualized and the viewer is positioned as the predator. Soo I took this drawing from almost exactly a year ago and redrew the face and hair~ I kinda twinkified him in the process, but I think he looks a loooot better now and not only cause I think the new face is prettier hehe ◖⁠⚆⁠ᴥ⁠⚆⁠◗ There's a lot of technical stuff I improved on, for example I think the lighting looks a lot better now and even tho I did the hair really simple and quick it looks so much more dynamic~｡⁠*⁠♡ ♡Reminder not to compare your progress and art in general to other people! It's easy to find yourself looking at the thousands of artists on the internet that seem to all be better than you..
