A few competition clips from yesterday! I ended up 1-1 in the advanced class, and had a great time doing it. @stallivan_ showed me the definition of consistency, and it was awesome to meet you dude!
I had a blast, and thank you to the @3oh3ko homies for hosting! It was a real treat to see you all play in person 🙏🔥💯 by @tadjohnson

Ozora Reshape 5 x @yamaguchi.yy.kendama 🧡🐡🏵️
This Kendama caught my eye as orange is my favorite color, and both flowers and fish have been a big part of my life thus far. This collaboration is meant to symbolize Yamaguchi Prefecture as a playable souvenir. The orange gradient paired with the Kintai Bridge, a pufferfish, a Goldfish Chochin (paper lantern), and petit Soleil (orange flower arrangement that appears to be Lily's) brings back Yamaguchi vibes every time you play it. I have never been to Yamaguchi, but it is now on the bucket list.

This is probably my favorite Kendama this far, I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I do 😁🤘💯

My Ozora Reshape 5 edit!

I have been working on a few tricks for the past couple weeks, and just got the Reshape 5 so I laced a few 1st time tricks on it. I was a bit let down when I got it cause the Tama came in at a whopping 95 grams 💀 I made it a goal to not let that deture me from giving it the good old college try, and I'm glad I did! Yes, my shoulder is sore 😂🤘💯

Day 28 of #28trickslater "Hill Climber"
Quick shout out to @destroyalltamas for the Tama I used for the entire month, plus putting me onto this trick!

Well, I did it! 28 tricks for 28 consecutive days with a Kendama 😁 Thank you everyone who followed along, everyday was a new lesson to work through. From frustration and failed expectations to sore shoulders and long work days, this challenge made me reflect on myself and pick out the "good" and leave the "bad".
I know right, all that from a "toy" 😁 Just like any other challenge, doing hard things makes a well rounded person. Do hard things, but also be understanding and kind to yourself. Thanks for reading my Tad talk, and try out Kendama! 🙏🍻💯

P.S. I think Sandhill Cranes are one of the coolest birds if you couldn't tell 😂
