A day I’ll always remember…

Come with me behind the scenes of a very special day in my Kathak journey❤️

From walking into the beautiful Rose Theatre in Brampton, getting ready backstage, watching the audience fill the seats, and then seeing the curtains open… it was a moment filled with excitement, nerves, joy and so much gratitude🙏🥹❤️

Performing Kathak on that stage was truly a special experience and a beautiful milestone for me💃🏻🫶

A heartfelt thank you to our Guru for her guidance, patience and dedication, and for making this beautiful opportunity possible🙏❤️

There is something incredibly gratifying about seeing a transformation like this❤️

Because when I look at Bhumi’s journey, I don’t just see 8 kg of weight loss.

I see a change in her relationship with food, her habits, her mindset and her confidence🤗

Bhumi has a busy life, but she learned that you don’t need a perfect life to create change. You need to change the habits that are keeping you stuck.

We worked on food choices, consistency, positive manifestation and, most importantly, learning to stop speaking negatively about herself❤️

And this is what habit transformation means to me.

Taking the habits we once believed were “just who I am” or “I can never change this” and turning them into something simple, sustainable and achievable.

Because weight loss can be the result. But changing your habits is the transformation.

Bhumi, I’m so proud of you. Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be part of your journey🫶
