Freedom - to stay even when it would be easier not to 🩵

Still can’t believe how many changes happened these past months.

It’s so humbling and so very beautiful to keep learning how to honour and accept the ever changing nature of life.

🌙🐒🛕🤍💕
Hanuman, Monkey God, India, Love and Devotion

Hanuman has been quite present with me since I started practicing yoga and decided to learn more.

I always felt a special connection despite not knowing much about Hanuman, other than it’s a Hindu monkey god. But he would appear here and there, mentioned by teachers, coming to me through songs, and in those moments I could feel a certain lightness. I also felt special energy while visiting the Khole Ke Hanuman Ji temple dedicated to Hanuman in Jaipur, while I was first time ever visiting beloved India. Watching the pictures and videos still brings me back to those special days.

Hanuman is the son of the wind god Vayu and plays an important role in the Ramayana when he helps to save Sita for lord Rama.

He is a symbol of strength, unwavering courage and devotion. He represents faith in what you can’t see and an understanding that there is a higher plan laid out for us, especially when things in our lives seem to collapse and we might be losing faith.

I feel that it’s not necessarily needed to have a deep knowing of hindu traditions to be able to connect with the deeper messages behind the deities and symbols, and most importantly receive guidance and help, for ourselves and others.

Jai shree ram, Jai Hanuman.

Bye bye summer

1-5 🍓🌈 sweet moments & the sea
6-8 sleeping out in the hammock, stars, moon, sounds of the sea …
9 🥰
10 trip to Ibiza and back the same day - Spanish administration was the ultimate test of my patience this summer
11 🏡 back home for some fresh air, strawberries, raspberries and all the other sweet things growing in my mum’s garden (& cakes 😆)
12-13 hungry kitty 🐈‍⬛, yummy foods to cool down my aggravated pitta 🌿+ 🍦because balance is all 😇
14-15 🛵 FREEDOMMMMM ! Why did I wait so long? Driving the scooter on the island is the best feeling EVER
16-19 🌞 sun in our eyes. uncountable sunrises and sunsets, never the same
20 💦 🛶 magical moments on SUP & kayak, exploring the island from a new angle

So grateful for these moments and all the others, uncaptured.

All the in-betweens, not always so bright and shiny - but necessary to keep it all in balance. ☯️🌞🌙 by @tadynaty
