This sunroom was built to let the light do the work.
With floor-to-ceiling windows, this space stays bright all day and opens up to beautiful pool and patio views.
The fireplace and cozy seating make it a place to slow down-read a book, relax, or just enjoy being home.
We design and build custom sunrooms and home additions that feel like an extension of how you actually live, not just extra square footage.
Thinking about adding a sunroom or indoor-outdoor space to your home?
👉 Send us a message or comment “SUNROOM” to start the conversation.

A home doesn’t have to be modern to feel timeless.

This Great Falls, Virginia estate is a beautiful example of the kind of work we love at Tafti - where history, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design come together.

From the traditional Persian architecture and intricate handwork to the sculptural fountains, detailed ceilings, and expansive gardens, every element of this home has a story worth preserving.

And that’s what we do.

We don’t just build custom homes. We renovate them, restore them, and reimagine them - whether the vision is modern, traditional, or somewhere beautifully in between.

Because great design isn’t about following one style. It’s about creating a home that feels like you.

Serving Great Falls and throughout the DMV, Tafti brings together custom home building, luxury renovations, craftsmanship, and design under one roof.

What would you preserve in a home like this - the architecture, the craftsmanship, or the details?

A little color. A little pattern. A lot of personality.

The details are what make a house feel like home. From unexpected color combinations to layered patterns and textures, we love creating spaces that feel collected, intentional, and completely personal.

Because luxury doesn’t always mean neutral. Sometimes, it’s knowing exactly where to have a little fun.

A kitchen designed around the way you live.

At Tafti, we believe a custom home should feel intentional down to the smallest detail - especially the spaces you use every day.

This custom kitchen was designed with a balance of function, proportion, material, and timeless luxury. From the dramatic natural stone island and custom cabinetry to the integrated appliances, statement lighting, and carefully considered finishes, every element works together as part of the larger architectural vision.

This is what custom design looks like when you’re not choosing from a set of options - you’re creating the space from the ground up.

Tafti specializes in custom home design and construction, luxury kitchen design, renovations, and fully tailored residences throughout McLean and Northern Virginia.

Your home. Your vision. Thoughtfully designed by Tafti.

A house can have beautiful finishes. A home should make you feel something.

At Tafti, we don’t simply build houses—we design homes around the way you live, gather, unwind, and create memories. Every detail is thoughtfully considered to make your space feel personal, effortless, and unmistakably yours.

Because the best feeling isn’t just coming home.
It’s loving where you come back to.

Composed, not constructed.

In honor of fall being just around the corner, we’re leaning into the colors, textures, and warmth that make this season feel so inviting. 🍂

Think rich earth tones, warm neutrals, layered textiles, natural wood, and subtle contrast. The beauty is in how these elements come together to create a space that feels warm, refined, and effortlessly lived-in.

Swipe through for a few of our favorite fall-inspired color and texture combinations and a little inspiration for bringing the season into your home.

A home should be a reflection of the people who live in it - not a reflection of a trend.

Inside this custom Tafti home, every space was thoughtfully considered to complement our clients’ lifestyle, from the overall layout to the details that bring each room together.

Our approach to luxury is rooted in intention. We design homes around the way you live, creating spaces that feel cohesive, personal, and timeless.

Because the most beautiful homes aren’t designed to impress everyone. They’re designed to feel like you.

Tafti - The art of living.

Some spaces just make you want to stay home.
A good home bar is one of them.

It becomes the spot you end up in after dinner, where everyone gathers during a party, or where you pour a drink and actually take a minute to enjoy your home.

That’s what we love about custom homes. You can design for the way you really live - not just add rooms because a floor plan says you should.

For our clients, that can mean a fully built-in bar tucked into the right corner, custom cabinetry, statement stone, integrated lighting, and all the details that make it feel like it belongs there.

We build the home. You decide how you want to live in it.
