Wear your why 🤍

Some days feel light.
Some days feel heavy.
And sometimes, all we need is a quiet reminder of why we keep going.
A name close to your heart.
A word that gives you strength.
A reason that steadies you.
Your “why” is personal.
It’s yours to carry.
If you feel ready to create your own, you’ll find all the details in my highlights 🤍

What’s your why?

SAME TEAM. SAME LOVE ❤️

Since 04.09.1993.

Today marks 33 years of being on the same team 🥹
These tags were created as a special anniversary gift from a daughter to her rugby-loving parents 🏉❤️
I love that she didn't just choose a gift — she chose words that captured their story.

SAME TEAM. SAME LOVE.

Because sometimes your why is the person standing beside you through it all ❤️

Happy 32nd anniversary! 🥂✨

50km. 50 years. One meaningful celebration🤩

To celebrate his 50th birthday, Fr. Nkululeko completed a 50km social run and gifted every participant a personalised TAGD watch tag engraved with "50km@50 God's Plan" and Jeremiah 29:11.

Happy 50th Birthday, Fr. Nkululeko!

Thank you for letting TAGD be part of such a special milestone. Wishing you many more years of purpose, faith and adventure✨️ by @tagd_cpt

Proud to be sponsoring the podium tags for the inaugural Honey Badger Backyard Ultra! 🦡🏃

Backyard Ultras are unlike any other race. Every hour, runners complete a 6.706 km loop. If you don't make it back in time, you're out. The race continues until only one runner remains.

🥇 Last One Standing 🥈 First DNF 🥉 Second DNF

It's an honour for TAGD to support the launch of this incredible event and celebrate the athletes who push beyond their limits.

Best of luck to every runner taking on the challenge this weekend.

The moments before the start.
Before this marathon, she chose to carry the words:

"I CAN DO ALL THINGS."

Hours later, she crossed the finish line with a new personal best and a medal to show for it.
Every TAGD tells a different story. Some remind us to keep going when the race gets tough. Others become part of moments we'll never forget.
Congratulations on an incredible PB @cherayc 🏅

What words would you carry on your wrist?

Behind every coach is a reason they started 🖤
This is hers.

The words she carries aren't just for her clients—they're a reminder of why she shows up every day.

A reminder to stop listening to excuses.
BUT DID YOU DIE?

A few of my favourite tags 🩷

Looking at this little collection, I see more than engravings.
I see runners preparing for Knysna. I see Comrades dreams. I see thoughtful gifts from friends who believe in each other.

Every tag carries a story, and I feel so grateful to be a small part of that journey.

💭 Which one speaks to you most?

Comrades is built on doing hard things🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Early mornings. Long runs. Doubt. Discomfort.

And showing up anyway.

That's why this custom tag felt so fitting.

✨ I CAN DO HARD THINGS.

A simple reminder to carry with you when you need it most.

Whether you're chasing a finish line, supporting a friend, or taking on a challenge that once felt impossible... sometimes the right words make all the difference.

A few personalised race tags can still be made before race day.

💭 If you were running Comrades, what would your tag say?
