Happy National Coaches Day! 🖤 The wins are great, but helping athletes grow, believe in themselves, and become better people—that’s the real reward. 🥎🏆

Coach the player. Build the person. Leave a lasting impact.

know you didn't think the infield just took a backseat and let the outfield put in that work. If you wanna play in this infield then every time you show up, you better leave it all on the dirt. #thestandardisthestandard

They say people come into your life for a reason, and my grandma always reminded me that every season has a purpose. I don’t think she was just talking about life—I think she was talking about moments like this.

When I met you girls, I thought I was just getting another team to coach.

I was wrong.

I found a group of young women who challenged me, made me laugh until my stomach hurt, tested my patience, celebrated every little win, and reminded me every single day why God called me to coach.

The scoreboard won’t remember our huddles, the conversations after practice, the tears, the hugs, the “we’ve got one more inning,” or the moments when we chose each other over ourselves. But I will.

Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for letting me love you like you were my own. Thank you for allowing me to celebrate your successes, pick you up after your failures, and watch each of you become stronger than you were yesterday.

The hardest part about coaching isn’t the losses.

It’s saying goodbye to a season that you never wanted to end.

No matter where life takes you from here, I hope you remember that you were enough long before the wins, the stats, or the recognition. Your value has never been determined by a game. It has always been found in the person you are when no one is watching.

You’ll always have a place in my heart. Not because of what you accomplished on the field, but because of who you are.

Thank you for giving me a season I’ll never forget.

I love you girls more than you’ll probably ever know.

Until we meet again… this isn’t goodbye. It’s just, “See you later.” ❤️🥎:

Every Wednesday at The Power Factory, we’re turning up the intensity with Glove Work Wednesdays — your weekly edge in defensive mastery. Whether you’re locking down the infield or owning the outfield, this is where focus meets fundamentals. Train with a group in the morning for sharp, high-rep group drills that build muscle memory under pressure. Then step into private afternoon sessions with Cam and Mandy, where technique is fine-tuned, instincts are sharpened, and gaps are eliminated.
