Holy fuck! What an amazing Lost Lands!!! This has topped every single year I have attended thus far. I was surrounded by so much love and I met some of the greatest human beings ever (shoutout to all you beautiful souls I met) AND vibes were absolutely immaculate all 6 days that I was there. Idgaf about no rain! My outfits were all on point. I ventured off. Discovered so many new artists. Gave ones I didn’t like a chance. Did so many activities. Had bomb ass coffee. Slept like a baby. AND THE RIDDIM MURDEREDD. This is what Lost Lands is all about!

First I look at God and I thank him for the fact that I have the privilege to say I’m 30 years old. I know I repeat myself with this following statement but I was never meant to see past 18 years old. I thank Him for giving me the strength to beat the odds and beat the statistics. No child should know what it’s like to watch a person OD. No child should know what a corpse smells like. No child should be told by their own teachers they will fail in life. With each passing year, despite my suicide attempt only a few years back, I look forward to living now. I’m finally at a place of peace and stability. I’m grateful for every breath I take. I work to earn the sunrise and sunset every single day.
With 30, I have also discovered self confidence, self love, resilience, perseverance, strength, and courage. I wish I could go back to 25 year old me, to 18 year old me, to 10 year old me. Every version of myself would be in shock.
This isn’t all my own work though. It takes a village. A community.
I have surrounded myself by beautiful amazing strong independent women. Whether you have known me since we were 10 years old or we literally just met a few days ago, thank you. Entering this age, my goal was to expand my friendships massively. And I did.
I see strong women. Beautiful women. Nurturing, sexy, confident, fun, happy, outgoing, pureness and good. I see love. I see girls girls. Women who support women. Women I can trust in, women I can rely on. This has brought out femininity in myself. Being around women, has made me want to put on a skirt, has made me want to learn how to do my make up, has made me embrace the girly side of me.
Whether you are my best friend or just an acquaintance. Thank you my girls 💓

Thank you to all of my friendships overall. Thank you to everyone who made this big 30 special. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and shown so much support to me. I’m happy to say I’m surrounded by caring, loving and loyal people. I will continue to give my all to you 🫶🏼 I am forever grateful. Always.

Happy Halloween! 🎃
In true fashion, I lived up to my costume this year. #WonderWoman with all the last minute changes! It was a CHALLENGE to say the least. But I made it happen! WE made it happen!
My BIGGEST Halloween party to date!!!
I had THREE live DJs, a firepit, a taco truck, jungle juice, even a 360 camera! AND a pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, a tennis court and mini golf!!!
I also had many stations such as a kandi making station, flowstar station, drinking card games station, polaroid station, video game station, double beer pong station, alcohol station and more!
THANK YOU EVERYONE SO FUCKING MUCH for attending my party! For dealing with the last minute address change. For coming to support me. I love what I do and I love throwing this party for you all annually. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much. You guys showing up means the world to me and shows me all the support. Everyone had so much fun and I heard nothing but good things and great feedback.
I thought this was going to be my last party ever, but so many people requested for me to throw it again 💀 So many people here on Instagram that couldn’t make it, are asking for next years details 🤣 Seeing everyone using all of the stations, enjoying the party and enjoying the Villa made everything so worth it.
This was my BIGGEST party to date. And the most successful! So looks like maybe I will have it at the same location again next year? 🤭 we shall see.
Thank you thank you thank you a million times over. That party was a fucking MOVIE!

15K POST 🏃🏻‍♀️‼️
I’m so fricken proud of myself because I REALLY DID THAT! I ran a whole ass 15k, nonstop. No walking, no stopping. Just miles and miles and miles of running. My Marine Corps friend know I absolutely fucking hateddddd running. I was always so bad at it. This year, one of my goals has been to set forth all good things towards my health which in turn contributes to my mental health. I had a really dark month in January and I found myself slipping again. February came around and I decided to take life by the balls. Put myself on a strict diet to prepare for a 15k that was two months out. No outside food, no soda, all cooked meals, all powerade and water, and NO alcohol. Just straight training and running. And now thanks to this 15k, I have become so much better at running (I’m actually addicted to it). I lost 7 pounds. I’m much healthier and much better at taking care of my body. AND I’ve signed up for at least 10 more runs throughout the year.
Shoutout to my friends for basically forcing my ass to do this and for contributing to my training, keeping all of us checking into the gym everyday. To all of my favorite people on earth who showed up to the race to show me support. Thank you so so much - yall are my family 🥺 To all my supportive people here on Instagram that have been motivating me everyday watching my posts and commenting all the nicest things, thank you so much!
This is the year of running and bettering our health!

All these years in a row of Thunderdome and @excision never ceases to amaze me! I’m so so happy I decided to last minute full send. A big shoutout to my 3 girls for letting me crash. I had the most amazing time with you beautiful ladies! 🥰🫶🏼 I got to see some of my favorites of all time such as @bendamusic and @levity.music ! What an experience!

The goals/New Years resolution I achieved this year were to be more open, say yes, meet new people, be okay with being completely alone, controlling my anger/emotions overall and finding my own peace.

2024 was a lot about self diving/self digging. Being alone, finding my own happiness and achieving peace. But most importantly growth. I still battle with my mental health, trust me. But I promised myself I would be better and I would never fall far from myself again. I wear a ring every single day, on my right hand, as a promise and a reminder that I made - to never lose myself.

An enormous shoutout to all the wonderful people I met this year. This year is all about you guys. Yall are wonderful and I’m so happy for the friendships we created. A shoutout to all the people I’ve grown very closely to this year. And a very big shoutout to all the people who have been around me for so many years no matter what, I love you guys so much. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
