Created the schedule for next weekend for Rest Retreat, so many nourishing things planned 🌀

It’s so good have these weekends where people can come, exhale and have the space to be slow & still 💚

It’s so needed for so many of us who are living such busy lives and feeling like we need to be productive ALL of the time (me lol)

And for people who’d like to nurture creativity or intuition, rest can not only be important but necessary to access our creative expression and listen to our intuition

When we allow ourselves the space to rest our subconscious works out thoughts and ideas in the background, like magic ✨ you come back feeling clearer and more regulated.

What to look forward to Rest Retreat:
🍂 dreamy bed time yoga nidra
✨ restorative yoga
🧚 nervous system regulation practices
🌕 astrology workshop with @0ddeya
🌀 sauna in the garden
💦 wild waterfall swim & more

We have 2 spaces left if you’d like some last minute relaxing cosy cottage core whimsy escapism weekend vibes 💆🏼‍♀️

use code ‘LASTMINRETREAT’ for a little discount, link in bio 🌀

Imagining it as…

an exhale from day to day life
the space to rest
a safe place to regulate your nervous system
time to catch up on sleep
being close to nature
new supportive and wholesome friends
nourishing food & movement
cold water swims
sauna in the garden

The perfect autumnal weekend to be cosy in a cute cottage with cute people 🍂

If you’ve been thinking about coming, there are just a couple of spaces left for REST Retreat this month.

They say you meet your lifelong friends at Yoga Teacher Training.

Turns out, they’re right. 🧘‍♀️✨

You come for the yoga.
You leave with a community.

The people you meet at Frog Lotus Yoga don’t just share your training - they become the people you create with, grow with, and sometimes… teach alongside.

Because the best part of a YTT might not be the certificate.

It’s who you become - and who you meet along the way. 🤝

🐸 200-Hour Vinyasa YTT
📅 October 10–31, 2026
📍 Suryalila, Andalusia

Applications are open.
Send this to the friend you’d do it with. 💚
