Another electric upgrade for the van! This time with the Anker SOLIX 800w alternator charger.

I had this wired in to my van battery by a very lovely local handyman @10poundanhour

And I’m good to go! This will charge my portable battery whilst I drive.
I’ve opted to not fix the alternator box to the wall, as I am very low on space. It can be mounted to the back of the seats, but I didn’t want holes in my new seat covers!
I have alooooot of tat as you may have seen in my videos, and the cupboards are even busier 😹

Excited to be trialing this, electric on the goooo!

So little bit of a mad trip out today. My daughter went out with school on Tuesday snow hunting, anyway they found their way to the Tin Man Sculpture in Langho in Blackburn. So didn’t take her gloves and was throwing snowballs with her friends her nans ring who sadly passed away earlier this year slipped off her finger in a snowball. So with the power of social media we got some of our friends who are keen metal detectorists and went up there today, found the ring. How lucky is that. Needle in a haystack moment. Forever thankful to Paul & Chrissy who came out on a miserable Sunday to help treading through the mud. A massive thanks to Anne & Bob from Fishmoor Farm, Blackburn for giving us permission to use the metal detector. Good day all round. ⁣
