Inversion Immersion workshop recap ⤵️🤸‍♀️🤍

Next workshop : July 10 Flexibility Masterclass @flexyogabuffalo

Thank you everyone for showing up last weekend for Inversion Immersion - my signature method for achieving arm balance & inversions in yoga 🤸‍♀️💕

This style of yoga taught me so much about devotion, strength, and confidence. How to fall and get up. & I’m overjoyed to be sharing the practice with you

It’s always so heartwarming to be surrounded by such courageous souls willing to leap into the unknown and dive deeper as we explore the art & discipline of balancing

Until next time, Flex ♥️x

Inversion Immersion recap at @flexyogabuffalo ♥️

My signature “Inversion Immersion” workshop follows the exact path I took when I began my journey in 2022. Back then I was self taught, guided only by the intuition that told me to start with Crow pose and Headstand. Eventually, I’d mastered those and progressed to moves like Flying Splits & Forearm Stand. These all gave me the confidence & body awareness to eventually tackle my ultimate goal, Handstand. And this is the exact flow we cover in class - start with basics, then gradually build on.

I teach foundational techniques & progressions to build the strength and understanding needed for all arm balances & inversions in yoga. We cover how to safely enter, hold, and exit, as well as how to spot each other & notice any misalignments in form 👀

This event was designed to remind you that anything is possible. With a little guidance and bravery, even the most difficult feats are just a few progressions away 🤫

Thank you to all the brave & committed students that showed up this past weekend for Inversion Immersion ! It means the world to me that we all got to have fun together while keeping each other safe. 💪 Thank you for trusting me with your practice & giving me the opportunity to call my passion project “work” ♥️
