Aura is here - the first hero product from @so.cleir . ✨

To celebrate, we spent a beautiful Sunday with an inspiring community of women at @117wellnesshouse @lillibetbeads , creating space to slow down, reconnect and prioritise wellbeing.

The day was filled with uplifting energy, meaningful conversations and feel-good moments - a reminder that wellness is not only about what we do, but how we feel, connect and care for ourselves along the way and of course always powered by Cleir ✨

Aura represents a new chapter for women, rooted in intentional living, everyday rituals and feeling your best from the inside out when your period hits.

We could not have imagined a more meaningful way to welcome it into the world.

Aura is now available to shop online.

How lucky am I that I get to focus on the actual gym stuff with the young women I train.

I don’t spend sessions talking them out of the latest Tik Tok workout .

I don’t have to keep explaining that there isn’t a shortcut, that the basics work or that progress takes time.

They don’t want to change the program every week because someone online is doing something different.

They turn up, ask sensible questions , listen to the answers and put the work in.

That means our time is spent working on technique, getting stronger and making progress, not lost in cutting through all the noise that surrounds training.

I get to focus on coaching and that’s exactly why I got into this job in the first place 🚀
