Shout out to Jeff and Larry for winning Co-MVP in the DIV 2 championships, as they led their team in scoring. Miles got MVP for the DIV 1 game, for his defensive prowess.

I’ve witnessed numerous trainers convolute sessions with drills that don’t align with the hooper’s game or compliment their trends. More often than not, this leads to frustration for the player in various ways. This is why it’s important to STUDY film and analyze what is conducive to the trainee’s areas of improvement. By doing so, two things will enhance;

1. Player’s self awareness and creativity.
2. Swift and efficient training sessions toward development.

Without offering his full workload, I’ve utilized G’s warm up to give an example of using positive reinforcements to create variety, while maintaining structure! Take a look!!
