The category is… Look Good, Feel Good

I’m so incredibly proud of @likethe2letters. It is incredible to see such a cohesive body of work from someone as young as Jayie being exhibited in a place like this. Truly inspiring. Always keep creating.

THE FINALE

The last post of Call Me If You Get Hungry. Once again thank you to my incredible roommate, best friend, collaborator, FOH manager, and business partner @_dy_mac_ for all of their help in making this concept come to life.

Thank you again to everyone who came out and supported us. There will be more fun events and concepts to come.

CHROMAKOPIA / INTERLUDE / DON’T TAP THE GLASS

Part 3 of 4 of Call Me If You Get Hungry. This is where things get interesting. This whole dinner was produced in my personal kitchen and the team had to transport the courses to an outside seating area. The Chromakopia course was transported in a suitcase because it started torrential down pouring right before that course was served. Thanks to @_dy_mac_ ‘s quick thinking, they came up with this wonderful solution.

Another part of this dinner that I am incredibly proud of is hand-making plates for the Interlude and Don’t Tap The Glass courses. The Interlude canapé plates fit into the circumference of the base of the champagne flutes. The Don’t Tap The Glass plates were made by literally smashing glass plates, glueing the scraps back together, then sealing and sanding them. It was a wonderful creative process that I got to work on with those who are closest to me.
