Life lately.

@theritualrunningclub and @binmovement_ have been growing simultaneously and consistently this year, and that means a lot to me.

Ritual Running Club has honestly put me in a much better headspace. More than anything, it has allowed me to make myself a priority for a change. Because if you’re not clicking on all cylinders, everything else is eventually going to suffer.

Although this was the last Brothers in Nature walk of the year, it sparked so many ideas for next year. I really hope the people who sign up but don’t make it out actually come next year, because it’s always a good time.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed taking people to places where I go to clear my head, reset my spirit, and simply enjoy nature. There are so many gems throughout Philly and Jersey that I still want to explore.

Next year, I’m definitely looking forward to taking our hikes outside of the areas we usually visit and creating even more experiences.

To the day ones who continue to show up and support, thank you. Seriously. Let’s keep the momentum going.

And a big shoutout to @culturecon for hosting such a dope, enlightening, and unapologetically Black event. My first one is officially in the books, and it was amazing seeing so many Black and Brown people express themselves through art, fashion, entrepreneurship, and entertainment.

Definitely looking forward to the next one.

Life is moving. I’m grateful to be moving with it.

I started this wondering if anybody would even show up. Now look at us.

Sunday was our biggest turnout yet. Friends, family, new faces, men and women all came together and helped turn a simple idea into something real.
This is only the beginning for Brothers in Nature.

Follow @binmovement_ and come experience the next walk for yourself.

My heart was full on Sunday. I can’t even lie.

Seeing family, friends I’ve known for years, and so many new faces all come together for one purpose…that meant more to me than I can put into words.

I can’t express the gratitude I have for each and every one of you who came out to support Brothers in Nature (@binmovement_). This was our biggest turnout so far, and it’s only our third walk.

To every Black man who showed up, thank you for trusting this space. Sometimes all we need is fresh air, good conversation, and a reminder that we don’t have to carry everything alone.

To the ladies! thank you for coming out and walking alongside us. Your support didn’t go unnoticed, and I hope you felt just as welcomed as you made everyone else feel. Continue to encourage more black men to join us!

We have one more walk left this year, and I already have ideas that I’m excited to bring to life. This is only the beginning.

If you were there, drop your favorite moment from Sunday in the comments. If you took photos or videos, tag @binmovement_ so we can keep sharing what we’re building together.

Thank you for believing in this vision. Let’s keep creating spaces where people can reconnect with nature, build community, and remind one another that none of us has to do life alone.

Real question…

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to unplug?

No notifications.
No pressure.
Just fresh air, good people, and miles of conversation.

On August 2, we’re inviting BOTH brothers and sisters to join us for our next Brothers in Nature walk.

Tag someone who’s coming with you.

Register through the link in @binmovement_ bio, and don’t wait on the merch if you want to wear it on walk day.

Still taking this in…Grateful for every man that showed up, tapped in, and added to the energy. As men of color, we carry a lot every day and to see everyone take a moment to just breathe, connect, and be present… that meant something. This was bigger than a walk. Appreciate y’all for making it what it was. And don’t worry… we’re doing this again 🤞🏾

See you in June

Brothers in Nature started as an idea, I had no real intention of committing to it like that. Lol

But I’ve been telling myself I’m moving with intention now… so I followed through.

And somewhere between the first steps and the quiet moments in between, it turned into something real. Not forced. Not performative. Just presence, conversation, laughs (a lot of laughs) and space to breathe.

No big speeches, no pressure, just energy you could feel without saying much at all.

This wasn’t just a walk. It was alignment.

I’m running it back June

Shoutout to the fellas that came out and collectively walked 5 miles. Appreciate you all
