Liberation through relaxation. This Juneteenth I’m celebrating my Black freedom and those who make space for my full spectrum shine.

My extended birthday weekend was the perfect way to launch this next rotation. Nourished by nature, at ease and free to be. Knowing my mom sent that birthday rainbow as a gift. 🌈🕊️

Thank you sweet sister Sarah and Cody. 🐕‍🦺 Grateful for our friendship and these trips to the little green lake house.

It’s been 24 Sundays since my mother passed. Grief is ongoing heartbreak. Consistently swallowing down tears and muting pain publicly. Forcing myself to find reasons to get out of bed and greet the day. Thank you to those who feel like home. I’m only spending time in situations that + with individuals who make me smile big and laugh hard.
