Ryan Papenhuyzen has shut down any talk of him returning ❌

“I just don’t know where people keep getting it from to be honest,” said Papenhuyzen via his One Six Seven Podcast.

“I think it was James Graham who said at the start of the year that I’d back in June. It’s July and I’m in the US so you do the math. That’s one that’s also wrong.

“I’m just not playing footy again.

“There’s also other rumours about flag football and rugby sevens at the Olympics. But no to those as well.”

According to my son, I sound like “two wild pigs mating.”

Which feels harsh.

But also… not entirely inaccurate.

The funny thing is people think wellness means being calm all the time.

Meanwhile, I can meditate in the morning, diffuse lavender all afternoon, and still spend 80 minutes yelling advice at professional athletes who have absolutely no idea I exist.

Balance. ⚖️🤣

Turns out being "well" isn’t about becoming a different person.

It’s about having a toolkit that can keep up with your personality. One that recharges your nervous system after you’ve spent 80 minutes screaming your lungs out at the TV.

I don’t use oils to become a quiet person. I use them so I can stay loud without burning out.

It just means having healthy ways to recharge, reset, and enjoy the things you love.

For me?

That’s low-tox living, essential oils, creativity…

And aggressively supporting the Melbourne Storm. 💜
