This past weekend our varsity ran at the portage invitational, pretty hilly but good practice for regionals. Didn’t run what I wanted but definitely ran well enough to get me ready for these last upcoming races. Got 4th for the team with a time of 18:48. Give glory to God and go dawgs

Last year was my first year doing AAU track with 16 ways and has brought me so many more opportunities than I could ever imagine. I ended with being number 1 in the state in the 400h and breaking the 54 barrier 4 times. I ended last years season getting 18th in the 400h at the junior olympics and not qualifying in the 4x400, to this year placing 5th in the 400h and being one of the top teams in the state in the 4x400 relay. I also received my first division 1 offer and many more to come. I couldn’t have done this without the amazing coaches at 16 ways and my family’s love and support through everything. There is still so much room to develop and I can’t wait to see what next year brings me.

What a week we had in Iowa! Ariana and Joshua qualified for the Jr Olympics and destroyed their PRs!
Joshua is 3x All American! 4th place in 1500, 2nd place in the 3k and 4x8, and 13th in the 800.

Thank you 16 Ways, it is a blessing to be part of such a wonderful supportive team. Above all, thank you God for your grace and protection as we traveled.
Congratulations to all the 16 Ways athletes that participated at this national meet!

Now that we’re home, I have to say I’m very proud of the whole crew. These boys all showed out at Junior Olympics, and Dom came home an All-American! Time for football season.
