It’s the end of nectarine season 🌺

The milk didn’t turn out completely right, but this was delicious nonetheless ☕️

As a black coffee drinker, having fun with flavours has been super interesting. Still learning milk, so come along for the espresso journey.

When I made the syrup, the first coffee that came to mind was La Fiesta by 17 Grams. A honey-processed Colombian with notes of gummy bears and Parma Violets. Sweet and floral, so it sat really nicely with the nectarine.

La Fiesta, double shot
Nectarine syrup
Steamed milk

Iced version on the way

We tasted a variety of snacks and drinks at the @storessupply stand.

One highlight of the day was tasting the excellent Motta Yellow Honey coffee at the @taithcoffee stand.

I tasted some delicious Vietnamese coffee at the @wearenamsong stand.

I took the opportunity to have some hands-on barista practice at the @brewbridgeuk stand.

Spent World Mental Health Day stepping away from the daily grind and soaking up simple joys:

☀️ A golden morning walk by @brighton_marina
🏋️‍♀️ Movement to shift energy @davidlloydbrighton
🧥 Wearing my new coat from @zara and loving it 😍
🥞 Vegan & gluten-free pancakes at @17grams
🌊 Fresh sea air by the West Pier
🥂 A quiet moment to pause and recharge (the alcohol free way for me)

Taking care of your mind doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s simply honouring what your body and soul need right now.

Drop a 💛 in the comments if you took some time for yourself today.

Retail shelves are packed with your weekend brewing needs.

Have a great day 😊

It’s new coffee time once again and this time we have an absolute banger! From our new friends @17grams this coffee is an all round perfect daily drinker with a sweet acidity to boost! With tasting notes of Rum and Raisin, Orange Zest, Pear Drops and Dark Chocolate it’s a real autumn warmer!
