Played with my buddy’s clubs, @gerardthompson18 yesterday, and safe to say I’m stealing the baby shoe putter cover idea!

Best golf advice/idea you’ve ever gotten?

Anyone else follow up a mistake by 3 more? Depending where that ball goes it can cost you. How many of these kinds of holes are on your score card during a round?? I would like to say that this is the only one but that’s not true 😆 @golfpinawa is a tough course if you go off line. Often no chance to find that ball. I keep waiting to shoot @18overparpod this year so I can tag the podcast, but that’s has yet to happen. But let’s tag them anyways haha. #golf #bogeys #womenwhogolf #par10 #manitoba

AVID GOLF was THRILLED to sponsor the Golf Manitoba Awards Night held at St. Charles Country Club. 3 Avid Staffers were in attendance, causing quite a ruckus! 😏🥳 (mostly Avid Brent...) @stcharlescountryclub @c_browns @rynmcmillan @brentingram15

The event is ALWAYS a ton of fun, brings together an INCREDIBLE community, and it’s an inspiring night honoring both athletes & volunteers 👏🏆🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

Some shoutouts 👇👇👇

Female Golfer of the Year - Addison Kartusch 👏
Male Golfer of the Year - Braxton Kuntz 👏
@a.kartusch @braxton_kuntz

☝️ Braxton is close with the AVID Team, where he practices at our simulator studio whenever he’s home from Ball State University. It’s been a pleasure watching this young man excel, following his journey with optimism AND curiosity; for example, he’s currently in Argentina, of all places. GOLFING! 🤯❤️🏌️‍♂️

Distinguished Service Award winners - Harvey & Marion Goehring 🏆

Mid Am Champion - Allan McDonald 👏
@allanmcd23

Scholarship Award Recipient - Brent Ingram 👏
@brentingram15

☝️ Brent was the one causing most of the ruckus, remember? 😏🥳

Shoutout to Coach Bri! Just because we love her 👋😊 @britokariwski

And shoutout to JR & Mike from the 18overparpodcast. Simply based on picture evidence alone, you can tell these strapping young men were walking around like they owned the place. And for good reason; they do! 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♂️🏆😉 @18overparpod

☝️ When is Golf Manitoba coming out with a Podcast of the Year...right, guys?!?!?! 😁

Cheers to many more reasons to celebrate the athletes, volunteers, and bogey golfers that all come together to make this a GREAT sport & game to dedicate time to, across Manitoba ⛳️❤️
