We had the absolute best day in Death Valley with Alicia and Brian. We got treated to an awesome experience as guests of a player and we got to cheer for Connor at some pretty awesome seats. It was such a great experience to be there to witness Connor’s first game. It was really cool to see the excitement from his Mom and Dad as he ran out and had a tackle. We are so grateful we got to share this day with them. Thanks to Connor for not banning me after screaming all day and giving Mike and Ava a tour of the football facility. Go Tigers and Go #41! Always love that I get to see Ava and Hartley as they stop by for some gameday snacks! 💜🐅🧡

We had so much fun at our first Clemson game. It was so good to see Ava and Hartley. Our seats were oven hot but I have not laughed that much in a long time. So grateful to Alicia and Brian for including us in their tailgate. It was so cool to see Connor on the field! We also got to see him get off the bus and enter the stadium. Julia and Zach kept us entertained all day as they are gamecock and ECU fans but totally embraced Death Valley for Ava. Can’t wait to see another game and cheer for #41! Gooooo Tigers!💜🧡🐅

We got so lucky these two took off work to help with Ava’s move-in. From car runs to hanging pictures and lights and putting things together these two really helped move-in go smoothly. Mike and I enjoyed hanging out with them when Ava left to make new friends. They even both wore Clemson gear, which is funny considering Julia went to the rival school. We are so glad they took time to help us and support Ava. As they were leaving we looked into the car to see Julia sad to leave her little sister.🥹🥹 Thanks @juliaebrown and @__zachbailey

If you told me the day I had Ava, 18 years later I would be leaving her at college I’d say there is no way! Yet here we are, saying goodbye to our baby on her birthday. But what a great way to spend 18! It was fun moving her into her freshman dorm expect for the fact that we would be leaving without her. She was ready but suddenly 18 years felt like a flash to me.

Ava, you are my funny, brilliant, fierce, beautiful girl. You make me laugh and I will miss your presence in our house everyday. I’m so excited for your future. Go be great my little tiger! 🐅💜🧡

Mike waited all weekend to see Spiderman so he could watch with his girls. Wasn’t a bad way to spend a Monday night.
