Be careful with giving away the play because of your mannerisms. Try to keep everything looking the same as to not give the defense any tells. Study yourself as well as your opponent.

For many programs, QB under center is a lost art. Still, we see it used within certain offensive schemes and so we practice it. As a coach, it’s important to prepare your athletes for all types of scenarios…DELIBERATE PRACTICE.

Use this drill to get athletes out of the habit of taking long strides when approaching the tackle. We want short steps because feet in the ground means we are able to generate power.

From here, we would clean up the athlete’s base while improving their stance. Stay tuned…

I don’t even know where to start.🥹 to say I’m proud of you is an understatement! Just WOW. Just to think you started out begging to go to a public school for high school in which I was against!

You asked me to trust you. I prayed about it and spoke to your older siblings. I decided for once to let a child make what I thought to be a life altering decision. You’ve shown me how GOD moves.

I’ve watched you through divorce, heartbreak, grief, and slime. You turned it into fire, grit, and grind. You’ve learned early what it means to be disciplined and although it’s a hard lesson I love this for you.

Through it all you’ve maintained your 3.5 GPA with all honors, AP, and AICE courses. You’ve been a STUDENT Athlete. Running track and playing girls flag football for 3 teams at once. BUT most importantly you’re responsible, respectful, and you keep GOD at the center of your world. You absolutely understand that you need him.

Mommy loves you baby…and I dnt care who’s not by your side.. GOD IS…and your family has the rest!
You are LOVED beyond measure young lady! Continue to stay positive, funny, and loving.
