"Why do you run?"⠀
A question we've all been asked, but have you caught yourself asking this internally? 🤔⠀
⠀
Many of us reach a slump, lacking the drive to get out and do the thing we love... in this case, run!⠀
With @asicseurope, we've been exploring different ways to help you find that mojo again. Visit your magazine section for our latest post.⠀

2nd Comrades Marathon. Back2Back! I honor God for the physical and mental strength he’s bestowed in me.
Comrades Marathon completed in PB time! Do you see what I am seeing here? Follow this trend and best believe I will be back to cut this PB by another hour! That illusive Bill Rowan medal will hang on my neck. Lost it in the final 15km, lessons learnt, back to training. #NOEXCUSES #BELIEVE #COMRADESMARATHON #IMOVEME #Asics #Metaride ✊🏽💪🏽🤟🏽
