I give my daddy a hard time, but I love this guy.

I look at him and see what happens when you don’t quit.

I’ve never met someone with such a positive disposition and outlook on life. He sees the good in people and always wants to help, even when I want to hold a firmer line (if you know what I mean).

He fights through the pain, and no matter what curveballs life has thrown his way, he never quits. He never expects anything for free.

I’m grateful to have this kind of man and example in my life.

Daddy, thank you for always supporting my husband and me. With someone like you encouraging us, how could we ever quit?

It’s not lost on me that I’m the kind of wife I am today, in part because you’ve always been such a safe space for me.

WHAT IF YOU DON’T QUIT? The F.L.I.G.H.T. Framework: Turning Obstacles Into Momentum, by Kenneth “KT” Thomas, is about exactly that. Persevering through life’s challenges, refusing to give up, and finding the momentum to keep moving forward.

We’ve officially entered the world of publishing and authorship, and I couldn’t be more excited to share what we’ve been working on.

My husband, Kenneth “KT” Thomas, is now a published author, and I am incredibly proud of him.💜

His book, WHAT IF YOU DON’T QUIT? The F.L.I.G.H.T. Framework: Turning Obstacles Into Momentum, is officially available for purchase.

This book is more than words on a page. It’s a reflection of KT’s journey, the lessons he’s learned along the way, and his commitment to helping others push through obstacles, find their direction, and keep moving forward, even when the path isn’t clear.

Watching him bring this vision to life has been such a rewarding experience. And getting to build something together as we step into the world of publishing has made it even more special.

And we’re just getting started.

KT is also available for keynote speaking engagements, conferences, leadership development sessions, and workshops. His message is rooted in real-life experiences, leadership, resilience, and the power of turning obstacles into momentum.

If you’re planning an event or know an organization looking for an impactful speaker, we’d love to connect.

I’m so proud of my man. Proud of the work, proud of the message, and proud of what we’re building together.

WHAT IF YOU DON’T QUIT?

Sometimes, that one question can change everything.
