December dump. ☃️❤️‍🔥🥊

Haven’t felt like posting for once this year on my feed.. I’ve been in a funk especially since I got some pretty rude comments after my last post (the weight loss transformation).
BUT I have a lot of new followers so I’ll drop 10 facts about me. The facts won’t have anything to do with the pics lol

1) Born and raised in (metro) ATL. We full.

2) I collect earrings and love handmade ones lol.

3) I have two daughters. Harmony is 6 & Serenity is 2.5

4) Yes, I am a full time personal trainer and coach. My availability is filling fast so slide in my DMs.

5) My first two sports were ballet & karate. And now I coach mixed martial arts and dance/cheerleading conditioning. Full circle lol.

6) You should replace your tooth brush every 3 months AND/OR after being sick. Electric tooth brush heads too. I have a dental hygiene degree so this also counts as a fact about me.

7) I went to Georgia State University for exercise science and then Atlanta Technical College for Dental Hygiene. I wanted to be a dentist and wanted to see if I was certain first lol

8) I enjoy books more than television. If you made it this far then tell me your favorite book. Or one you enjoyed recently.

9) I am Black.

10) The relationship that we have with food is important. I’m the volunteer coordinator for @everyoneeats_foundation and we are currently collecting toys and will be wrapping them later this week on December 8th. Everyone Eats Foundation strives to uplift and build stronger communities through education, enrichment, and empowerment by fostering programs focused on youth development, food sustainability, and generational healing.
