In building CEO Table,

I’ve hosted two tables and brought four female founders together in person.

Is it a large community yet? No. But it is something I envisioned, organized, and brought to life.

I think we underestimate what it takes to build something from the ground up because we’re so focused on the numbers we haven’t reached yet.

I’m learning to recognize the progress while continuing to build toward the bigger picture.

👀 Celebrate yourself in the comments: What are you building that deserves more recognition, even while it’s still growing?
