And one year later…I’m graduated! I really did thattttt 😭🩷

I’m so proud of me.
I’ve always put myself in a box of never finishing things, but this weekend I proved myself wrong.

I feel I’ve unlocked the key to lifelong learning and Yoga is the true, never ending journey of exactly that.

I am so excited for my journey and am only at the beginning…

Thank you to @srmdyoga for the most amazing, spiritual guidance and teaching me from the root. 🌳

Note to self: I’m so proud of you and I love you 🩷🩷🩷✨✨✨

It’s been a beautiful couple of days in London

People came needing
🌞 confidence
🔗 connection
💆‍♂️to come out of their heads
🎳 to play
🐝 something organic and honest
⛅️ reassurance and hope
🌳 Grounding and trust
⭕️ recentering
🫁 to breathe

Bit by bit, moment by moment we change the narrative, we take back the reigns ❤️

Our training is more than actor training, it’s about you, it’s about kindness, it’s about trust, it’s about connection. It’s not always easy or comfortable but it’s totally worth it.

It takes such bravery to show up.

See you soon?xxx

And thanks for having us @theatredeli ❤️

A big part of our training is about reflecting and paying attention to valuable internal and external feedback.

Here’s a snapshot journey with @tamsinella23 during the recent An Actor Connects Retreat ❤️

Day 1 reflections:
Cold but calm, still and quiet. There was so much time when I was present, pre 9.30 was beautiful and slow. I’m feeling all the physical responses and niggles in my body. Writing our experiences of the ANS was emotional, eye opening and connecting, finished the day feeling alive, full and tired 🌱

Day 2
Pain was present today and I learnt to move and be with it, exhausted and I’m glad I didn’t let it stop me. It was so much easier to voice my anger after the repetition rather than in it, I’m going to work on that, trusting that others can be around me when I’m feeling big emotions.

Day 3
I can be afraid of something and really good at it at the same time.

Day 4
It feels easier, lighter, my fears are settling. Some things just clicked.

Day 5
FUUUUUUCK! The more I hold it lightly, the easier it is. Sometimes the repetition is silent. Pooped 😴♥️🌱

Day off
Pants matter. Snacks matter. Rest matters. Honoured to be here, literally and within myself 💛🌱

Day 6
My surroundings are important, 4 chairs made it real. Change in my pocket, water I’m swimming in. Reality is important, be all of you, leave nothing out. Feeling the waves, let it all come and go. Relief, reality pulled, I gave it time and I’m back 🌱🌳☀️

Day 7
It’s okay to be tired and need rest. The script provided a sentence that I wasn’t prepared for and it hurt. I’ve needed to go slower today 🌱🌳

Day 8
Going through is hard, it feels better on the other side 🌈

Day 9
Be kind to yourself. Have faith. Trust I know what I’m doing. Fill up my car before it’s empty 😱😂

Day 10
Trust the simplicity, you have so much to give, you don’t need to force it. Joy, lightness and peaceful end to the day, so much gratitude ♥️

Have had the privilege of joining @supsallmorgan with her Meisner Retreat @bothfeetacting @bodlondebstudio not just once, but twice. And feel brimming with life and joy, ready and excited to take on the world.

Honestly, it feels like if I try to put into text the feelings I have towards Steph and the incredibly special space she has created, it would sound like exaggerations. But it's not. I honestly want everyone to, especially my actor friends, to sign up for one of her retreats. You're not going to regret it.

Within a very short span of time, because of the safety within the space Steph has created, I was able to let go of my own worries and just let myself stumble towards working on myself and my craft, which has made me grow as an actor faster than I can remember I have before.

And not only that, I have met people that embody beauty and whom I am sure will be with me for the rest of my life. Life changing experience.
