My baby is growing up so fast! I’m kinda sad about it honestly because I just want to pick her up on my hip and smother her with loads of kisses. She still allows me to do that but it’s a lil different now. We face new challenges together and it teaches us both new lessons on learning how to communicate with one another at the current stage of life we are in. She’s still as sweet as can be and it makes me feel good knowing I did and doing an ok job! My love her is beyond endless! #6thgrade

Pura Vida!! Nosara was a quaint little town that is a perfect destination for families. Very chill vibes, perfect sunsets, warm waters, cute shopping and amazing food! We met up with our soccer family and went on a few fun adventures. Thanks @b.vandomelen for all the planning and showing us the best of Nosara ♥️ 3 weeks of vacation was quite long but getting to spend time with family and friends and making forever memories from Mexico to Costa Rica is what life is all about! National Girls & Women in Sports Day

Today hits home for me. As a father of two young girls and a coach to a group of incredible young athletes, I see firsthand the effort, passion, and resilience they bring to the game. They deserve to be celebrated—not just today, but every day.

Shoutout to @_haleywallace_ for the work she’s put in to create a space where these girls can thrive. She leads by example—not just as a strong and talented woman, but as someone who moves with kindness, love, and purpose.

Women and girls in sports deserve to be seen, valued, and given every opportunity to shine. The momentum is real, the change is happening, and it’s powerful to see young girls stepping into their futures with confidence. Let’s keep pushing and supporting!
