Happy Birthday to my most favorite Husband! I love spending our birthdays together but I love even more you will always be older than me. I also love that the older you get the more healthier you become. I am proud of your recent test results that make the doctor question you were ever 400 pounds. No one could love me and make me laugh the way you do. I hope we spend at least 40 more birthdays together.

My client Jason aka @1man1year150 is an incredible example of someone who is determined to achieve their goals and not let anything get in the way.

Jason had already lost about 150 lbs in one year, hence his username, and he wanted to take this even further to the stage and prove that if you set your mind to a goal it can be accomplished, and that you can also be vegan while entering into a transformation-based bodybuilding show and shock the world.

In the time with me, Jason lost another 50 lbs, getting back down to 150 lbs from 200 lbs. He was around 400 lbs at his highest point.

What excites me even more than Jason’s physical journey is what he did after. He’s now helped hundreds of other individuals on their own weight loss and transformation journeys.

This goes to show that if you have the heart, the will, and the dedication, you can achieve any dream or goal.

As a coach, it was a pleasure to work with someone like Jason who had all the drive and ambition, but just needed a little bit of guidance on how to eat and train to reach the final goals he had set out for building his body.

Philadelphia - Monster Vegan
We had the privilege to take one of Jay's childhood and adult friends Tim to try Vegan food for the first time. This was a perfect place to take him because one of his favorite things are old horror movies and that was the theme here. The inside was awesome and all the staff dressed in gothic type attire. The food though was out of this world! Tim loved and said he would not have known it was Vegan. It was so good I forgot to get pictures of our main meal. But more importantly it was a great time to see Tim and catch up with him.

Our first full day in Texas - Galveston. I loved this little island! It was full of history, good food, the nicest people, warm ocean water and amazing architecture. I want to come back, it was beautiful. This was also @1man1year150 and my first time seeing the Gulf Coast.
