A strong core isn’t just for looks — it’s the engine that powers every movement. TRAIN IT!!! BRIX Tips: 🧱Brace Like You Mean It A strong core isn’t about crunching — it’s about learning to brace. When you lock your ribs and pelvis together, you instantly get stronger everywhere else. 🧱Train All Angles Real core strength isn’t just flexion. Mix in anti‑rotation, anti‑extension, and lateral stability so your body can handle whatever you throw at it. 🧱Quality Beats Quantity If you’re flying through reps, you’re not training your core — you’re just moving fast. Slow it down, control the tension, and make every rep count. #coreworkout #abfinisher #athletictraining #strongcore #dallastrainer
