You know when you’re at work, trying to be serious, and your friend walks by and completely throws you off? 😂 That was this moment.

I’m interviewing, focused, trying to keep my composure, when Kashif walks past like, “Yo, John, you look great! Amazing!” And suddenly my professional face is GONE. 😂❤️

But there’s a whole history behind that greeting.

We met years ago at a Luke James album release party. Since then, I’ve helped him find his home, he’s shot my music video, and he supported my real estate panels at 333 Lounge back in 2018. He’s witnessed multiple versions of me, and the love, greeting, and energy have stayed consistent.

Earlier that evening, he was the only media cleared for the VIP room. We caught up briefly, and I told him I’d see him later. I just didn’t know “later” would have me breaking character mid-interview. 😭

That’s my boy.

Everybody won’t be in every space or every chapter with you. But I’m grateful for the people who keep showing up with warmth. No dry “oh, hey.” Give me that same excitement—I’m happy to see YOU, too!

And when I speak about foundational masculinity, this is part of what I mean: men openly showing love to the men in their lives. Celebrating one another. Letting your friend know you see him.

Birthday weekend has me reflecting on this amazing year. Thank God for my siblings, my Jaymore Realty family, my Knockturnal family, and the friends whose love has remained steady.

Kashif, I appreciate you. I can see us doing some great work in media together. Until then, thank you for this moment. ♏️❤️♉️

To @thelifeofka and my other real WONS I love you and when a Scorpio says it we mean it

I respect anyone who does this. Fixes themselves up.
Writers a thing down, Picks up a microphone sets ups a tripod and talks to a camera, in front of anyone anywhere 😓 but I i figured out by the type of videos that I like or comment on are the ones where people are giving good advice, more so than a look into the drama of my life. We have enough of that. So I prefer my content to be about what’s under my crown. 👑

My insights are enough of a part of me that when you hear and see me you can expect something fresh clean fly and uplifting. Something…. Celestial

Excited to bring this 1 and 1.5 or 2 bedroom apartment, located in Bed-Stuy near the Brooklyn Children’s Museum. It’s on a landmark block, within walking distance of transit and shops.

Please excuse the “mess” in the video focus on my message. 😉

The landlord put a lot of time and effort into this unit after having some less than ideal tenancy situation for years. His goal was to renovate and re-rent.

The landlord reached out to me for recommendations on the renovation, and I referred him to @bathroom_renovation_ny
They specialize in bathrooms, and I feel great about the referral because they did a fantastic job! The before and after of the bathroom tell two completely different stories!

Thank you, @bathroom_renovation_ny 👏🏾

Asking: $2,350/month
Available: September 1st-5th

Run, don’t walk, to send me a message if you’re interested!

Requirements: Income of 40x the annual rent, 650+ credit score, and income verification documentation required.

Time is of the essence let’s make the move! 🏡✨
