In football… the difference between winning and losing is inches.

Inches come from trust, from teammates pushing each other harder every single rep. From showing up with the work ethic to grind together.

Right now… the Myers Riders are fighting for those inches. Every drill. Every sprint. Every moment as one unit.

Because when the season comes…
all those inches add up.

The work starts now.

The @ridernation613 boys showed up HARD at yesterday’s indoor session. 💪🔥

No pads. No balls. Just drills. Just work.

And our U18 defence? Energy through the roof. Flying through footwork. Exploding off the line. Communicating every rep. Competing like it’s game day.

That’s how you build a unit. That’s how you build a standard. 🛡️

The season isn’t won on game day… it’s built in sessions like this.
