A toast to the happy couple!🥂 What a gorgeous weekend celebrating two of my VERY favorite as they begin their lives as husband and wife! @hadleykeller and @thomas.l.lloyd truly knocked it out of the park in creating the most beautiful event I have been privileged to attend. From the traditional service in @trinityupperville (the church Thomas’s grandmother, Bunny Mellon, designed and built…a structure perfect in every way…followed by a glorious reception on Bunny’s airport in a beautiful tent filled with tablecloths created by @tilletttextiles and garden flowers adorning the tables that were definitely “Bunny approved!” The signature cocktail was “Bunny’s Iced Tea (with a bit of her favorite Stoli Vodka😇) The entire evening was a joyous celebration of love with glowing toasts, warmth, and love for the happy couple. There was hardly a dry eye in the house when Thomas’s son @tloyddd welcomed Hadley into the family. I had the pleasure of staying at the lovely @welbourne.inn , where the chatelaine, Rebecca, maintains the legacy of her family’s home. We were welcomed with a copy of our book #bunnymellonstyle in a prized spot underneath her #fernandrenard (who created Bunny’s famous trompe l’oeil filled greenhouse). The camaraderie of our “house group” was the icing on the cake, so to speak!
