🏔️ Welcome to the Mountain Coach Tim!🏔️
Auburn Mountainview Girls Basketball is excited to officially welcome Tim “T-Time” Pierce to our coaching staff!!
Coach Pierce brings a lifetime of basketball experience to AMV. A former All-American and AAU teammate of LeBron James, Coach Pierce went on to play Division I basketball at Arizona State and San Jose State. He finished his career as the all-time 3-point leader in makes at San Jose State, and then went on to play professionally overseas. After playing, Tim has dedicated himself to training, coaching, and developing the next generation of players.
He’s also the creator and director of the annual Queens to the Throne All-Star Games, which provides an opportunity for some of the PNW’s top girls 🏀 players to compete against one another. His experience, ability to develop players, and knowledge of the game will take our program to another level.

D.I.R.E. is proud to welcome Tim Pierce (@1ttime) to the D.I.R.E. Verified Partner Network.

Oakland raised and built through the game, Tim’s basketball journey speaks for itself. Coming out of California, he was one of the top players in the state, earning All-City, All-Conference, and Second Team All-State honors while averaging nearly 29 points per game. He also competed at the prestigious ABCD Camp alongside many of the top players in the country.

Tim went on to play Division I basketball at Arizona State and San Jose State, where he became a versatile scorer and playmaker, finishing his college career with nearly 1,000 points while averaging double figures during his final two seasons. After college, he continued his career professionally overseas, competing in Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia.

Today, Tim is the founder of Counter University in Seattle, Washington, where he has built one of the area’s most respected basketball development programs. For years, he’s been helping players improve their game, build confidence, and prepare for the next level.

If you have the opportunity to get in the gym with Tim, take it.

Tim is one of D.I.R.E.‘s trusted eyes. When he sends a player to the platform, coaches know that player was brought by someone who knows the game and has lived it. That’s what makes D.I.R.E. different. Players aren’t paying their way into exposure. Every recommendation comes from people who have played, coached, trained, and been around high-level basketball for years.

If Tim believes in a player, that player immediately gets in front of college coaches in a space built on trust, relationships, and real evaluations.

Welcome to D.I.R.E.
