Paris-based producer, DJ and live act Substencia seamlessly blends cinematic lullabies and noise-collages with destructive drum patterns for the sake of her obscure knowledge. Driven by a heightened musical sensibility, she extends her universe beyond the dancefloor through collaborations on soundtracks, contemporary dance and circus performances. She's also part of the duo Kabocha, venturing further into the territory of tragic post-rave and haunted noise. ☠️⚡️⚒️

Foggia-based NIGH/T\MARE brings his singular, cinematic broken-beat belter, infested with dark dreams and ancient mysticism, conveying an atmosphere of full tension. Epic as hell. Berlin-based VELVET MAY injects a slightly “brighter” touch into the remix through a technoid and tribal composition, showcasing a primal urge to start a mosh pit within the disoriented crowd of dancers. Paris’ prominent figure of the dark scene and Mutant Modality regular, SUBSTENCIA, delivers a more minimalist yet no-less-heavy coup de grâce to this remix EP, showcasing her destructive rhythms and atmospheric, witchy lullabies - completing the release with a one-of-a-kind revisitation of the original track.
