I don't think I can sum up our @climbtotheclouds experience in one post so I'll just share some more bits and pieces until I get it all out. What an honor to be accepted to participate in this race. That road is something else! 3rd in class at the end is just icing on the cake to an amazing weekend. Car ran great, spitting flames out the exhaust and making all the right noises. Alex and I worked well as a team in the car writing notes from scratch and fine tuning throughout the weekend. Couldn't ask for a better crew and it was so nice seeing all our @nehahillclimb and @sccnhorg friends making the event happen or racing too. Thank you to all the volunteers and especially @greg_wilcox for all the effort he put in to make the event happen!

Practice run up the bottom half this morning. What a blast!

2 successful practice runs on the bottom half of the mountain today. Compared to the top its like 2 different roads, both a blast in different ways. First run was dry and clear, second run the fog and rain rolled in and we had wipers going 2/3 of the run. Fingers crossed we get the dry version of the hill tomorrow!

Recce completed. We were able to make 3 drives up and down the mountain to write and then fine tune our notes. Looking forward to first practice runs at speed tomorrow morning. Thanks @austin_obie212 for snapping this great pic!
