With every obstacle you face come with a personal demon in which you must face. Everyone's demons are different and everyone fights it differently. It's nothing more rewarding them overcoming that demon and seeing the next level. However, most people stop at this point and never look to see how far they can truly go. My lesson I've learned from this challenge is something I never really notice I was doing all this time... Accepting complacency and resisting change. There were always obstacles throughout my childhood that I faced and overcame. Afterwards, I stopped because I thought it was over. With this particular Demon(my weight) I really had a hard time fighting because my MIND was complacent. It took for me to take a risk in order to get to this point. Now I will continue because I'm excited about the future and this has truly open new doors that I never knew were here.... Change vs Complacency
