Placements aside my guy @mo_muscle87 showed up and showed out. Team @2020physiques is making noise🦾

As a coach the most challenging part of the process of preparing athletes is to mentally prepare for anything to happen on game day. Moses is a guy who has been in both side of the coin. Sometimes it goes your way and sometimes it just does not.

He kept his head high through the ups and downs and didn’t lose sight of the ultimate goal. Being victorious comes in different packages although some would argue🥴….The point is today we were victorious with the 1st place finish and a Pro show under our belt.

Not once did he doubt the process and we were blessed to get the chips to fall our way! This is how champs are built. All of the challenges that come before makes that winning moment that much sweeter. Thanks to the ANBF for putting on an amazing show!

Personal trainer, licensed dietician & competitive bodybuilder....His body is not built for off the rack clothing. If you go hard in the gym and find it hard to find clothing to fit your body, custom is the way to go. •

. “It’s more than just food and drinks”. Navy veteran owned @tbdat301 is a cafe that offers tea and healthy meal options, with a Filipino influence. They also sell their tea online and are looking for wholesalers!

“We offer handcrafted, custom-blended tea beverages created by our in-house tea mixologist, healthy meals-to-go options, and locally sourced desserts. As foodies and travelers ourselves, bringing the culture and educating people on what’s going on around us through food is so exciting and becomes rewarding when we start to affect a change not just with clients but within the community.

Team TBD is not your typical tea shop and sustainability is a priority. We bring a unique food experience, innovative ideas and concepts, and at the same time, help the world to become a better place to live in, one cup at a time. It’s more than just the food and drinks.

Wow what a weekend!
First off, I want to thank God for giving me the strength and will to get threw this journey.
I went into this as a personal challenge for myself and to learn more about what athletes go through during the entire process. Challenge meet ✅ and then some. Well this kind of morphed into something a little more than that but to make a long story short, my journey ended with a bang💥. I entered 4 categories and I won 1st place in all of them and ended it all by winning my class and most importantly the OVERALL in Physique ( that was really special for me). Now I didn’t do this all by my lonesome.
I had the help from Carolina Ramirez Gallego my wife which really translates to she deserves all the trophies 🏆 and just as many accolades as I receive. The process was long and hard and she endured mood swings non participation in our lives together for 16 weeks and pretty much just a mean guy throughout this thing and she kept going and was their for me at every corner when I needed her. So thank you baby so much words will never describe how much I truly love you!

But wait, I had more help. My coach Elias Feliciano started with me on this journey in early January and I can’t stop singing his praises from start to the way he finished with literally dragging me across that stage. I was looking to learn more of this whole process and I got much more than I bargained for. I won’t get into the nuts and bolts of what we went threw during these past 16 weeks but I had to let it be known that this is a high caliber coach with a wealth of experience that just works for athletes and I can’t say thanks enough to you brother WE DID THAT THANG!!! I can’t capture everyone that played a role in this in just one post but special thanks to Marcus Harris for his advice throughout this thing especially on the posing piece. Also, shoutout to Ricky Williams who first put the seed in my head about competing and the mentorship I received from him as well!
More photos and videos will slowly come out on here and instagram so I apologize upfront because y’all will see a bunch lol! #finishedstrong #npcnewsonlineofficialpage #npcnews #aroundthenpc #npcmensphysique
