Kitcha Fit-Fit is one of Eritrea’s most comforting traditional breakfast dishes—warm, spicy, filling, and full of flavour.

It is made with freshly prepared kitcha, a thick unleavened flatbread that is torn into small pieces and mixed with tesmi, Eritrean spiced butter, and berbere. A spoonful of cool yoghurt is often added on top to balance the heat.
