Hello there!! I wanted to reach out on behalf of @gnarcyofficial . We've got some awesome jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the best match to rock our latest collection of tough accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with a trio of pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – completely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyofficial (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

We came. We ran a lot of laps. We laughed at my road rash. It was fun to get back on the track for a 5000m at the @usatf Minnesota Open & Masters T&F Championships! I took a bad spill when I caught my spike with 1250m to go, but shook it off to take 1st for women in 35+ age groups. Now I'll work on lifting up my feet better for the @ltraceseries Heavy Half next weekend!

I probably should have stuck with flats instead of a really old spike, though it was fun to pull them out of the closet. I'll have to add a new 5k flat to my wish list. Any suggestions? I'm a Hoka fan now, but have focused on marathon, training & trail shoes recently.

Kudos to @lifetime.run Coach Gabe Hendry who flew over me in his new @hokaoneone Carbon X racers when I was down. I'm thankful they helped you run fast and jump well! 😅 I have them set for my next 10k and they may have saved me some road rash if I'd pulled them out for the 5000m!
