Modern Class on Mondays 12pm @markmorrisdancecenter_

Designed for anyone who loves to move, this class focuses on building strength, awareness, and support in the body while encouraging freedom and expression. There’s no pressure to be perfect—mistakes are part of the process. Instead, we focus on sensation, musicality, and the joy of moving fully.
