2 years of technique!

Two years ago this place was an empty cement basement.

Now it’s full of people from all kinds of backgrounds, all chasing different goals. Some are here for strength and conditioning or training for HYROX, some just want to get in better shape, some are learning to fight, some are on the mats doing jiu-jitsu. Doesn’t matter what brought you in. What keeps this place going is the community we’ve all built together.

We’re still young. Always learning, improving and growing. But one thing we know for sure is we can’t wait for the next chapter of Technique with all of you ❤️

Thank you God for the spirit to fight & those around who put themselves on the line to make one night possible. It’s not easy but that’s obvious, what isn’t are those who put up with our own selfish endeavors to make something happen ,They could never be repaid enough but aiming too is a step in the right direction. I Hope to make those who love me proud and those who don’t angry. either way it’ll be done
