Headed to Secret City Sectional match. Going to be a great weekend with even better weather. Couldn’t be going with a better friend and teammate @djenks412 and we’re getting our electrolytes and brain food with @_povnutrition !

First Nationals in the books!

What an exciting—and humbling—experience. Getting the opportunity to shoot alongside and against some of the best shooters in the nation definitely puts things into perspective. It was also awesome getting to see so many friends from all over and make some new ones along the way.

This was Stage 5, my first stage of the match, and it just happened to be my best stage.

I finished 64.60% — 209th out of 329 in Limited Optics.

Plenty of takeaways. My transitions weren’t as crisp as they needed to be, I was sluggish getting out of positions, and the steel definitely tested my patience. But that’s competition—you find out where the holes are.

I know exactly what I’m going home to work on.

Huge thank you to all of the sponsors who supported the event and helped make Race Gun Nationals happen. It was an incredible experience, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.

Back to work.

Smoking match last night as always with a bunch of fun and great shooters @freedomshootingcenter.atl hosted by @gpslga01 that never disappoints. Sporting my new shirt gifted to me by my friend Adem and Amir @brasscartelco must have given me a +5 on my movement base last night. @_povnutrition had my brain locked in and hydrated. My @2a_ammo ran flawlessly as usual and running my @waltherarms PDP SF slicked out by my team sponsor @curatedarms hit Wes up if you’d like some work done. Optic is held on strong with my @arisemfg Low Rider baseplate. As always to my friend and coach @djenks412 thanks for the guidance and push to be great!
