the release ritual 🌿🤍

what a beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t always have to be loud.

we gathered to move our bodies, slow our minds, journal what no longer serves us, breathe with intention, and simply be present with one another. every conversation, every step on our glow walk, every deep breath during meditation, and every word written down was a reminder that choosing yourself is something worth celebrating.

to every woman who joined us—thank you for trusting us with your time, your energy, and your presence. you made this experience unforgettable. 🤍

a heartfelt thank you to @ak.activations x @workoutspacela for collaborating with us and believing in the vision. to the incredible brands who helped bring this event to life. your generosity allowed us to create a thoughtful experience for our community, and we’re so grateful for your support.
