This day last week... ✨

👑@pocketrocketfit_ wrapped up her season at the TBJP Pro Qualifiers in Bradford.

6 weeks working together, she learned how to pose, present her physique and step on stage building her stage confidence across three shows. Every session built on the last, and watching her confidence and stage presence grow throughout the season has been so rewarding.

I genuinely love being able to support my clients and share the experience I've gained from my own time on stage. Helping athletes bring their hard work to life through posing and watching their confidence grow is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

The season may be over, but we're only just getting started. I'm excited to keep working together throughout the off-season, nailing her posing and bringing an even stronger package next season 💃🏽

WARNING: ⚠️ product placement.
Still can’t train legs 🙃 double knee operations pending… that’s another story…
Until then it’s another Arm day bitches 💪🏽
I’m not going to go all “influencer twat” on you and say stuff like “locked in” “out work” or “road to pro’s” 🤮 haha!
I will just say if you want to be the best you should use the best 💯 @apexformulas 👊🏼
Right! Now put your phone done stop doom scrolling like a loser. Get your life back in order and Train Fu*king Hard 😎
Bodybuilding is easy…..but it’s hard 🥷🙏
FYI: @apexformulas don’t just fill up a panel so it looks like an IKEA instruction manual. They use ingredients that actually work and are synergistic with one another. Do your homework kids 🤟

Fit model👑 @pocketrocketfit_ proved that progress isn't limited by time...

It's driven by your mindset and the work you're willing to put in. 🩵

After her first show, Hannah came off stage feeling like stage fright had stopped her from enjoying the experience.

So for this show, my goal was simple...

I wanted Hannah to enjoy being on stage.

With just one week between shows, Hannah had to learn a new routine and adapt to a different style of posing for the 2 Bros criteria.

Rather than overcomplicate things, we focused on the fundamentals and built a routine that was simple, repeatable, and easy to remember. That allowed Hannah to stop overthinking what came next and start enjoying being on stage.

But we didn't just practise posing.

We built confidence.

We posed side by side in a busy gym, practised comparison rounds, and even had one of my lovely posing clients 👑@harriett_rowlands_ step in so Hannah could experience standing next to another competitor before show day.

The work didn't stop when our lessons ended either.

Hannah practised three times a day.

Peak times on the gym floor.
At home.
Whilst out shopping.
On walks.

Every opportunity became another chance to improve.

What impressed me most wasn't how quickly she learned the routine...

It was her attitude.

She embraced every uncomfortable moment, trusted the process, stayed coachable, and kept showing up.

That's why she made such a big improvement in just three weeks of posing.

Watching her step on stage this weekend, I could see the difference immediately.

✨ She looked calmer.
✨ She looked more confident.
✨ And most importantly... she looked like she was enjoying herself.

Seeing her come off stage smiling and buzzing was the biggest win for me. 🥹

Helping someone believe in themselves, overcome their fears, and enjoy the experience is exactly why I love coaching. 💛

If this is what Hannah has achieved in just three weeks of posing excited to see where her journey leads.

So proud of you, Han. This is only the beginning 💃🏽

In a world where you can be anything, choose to be exactly what you want to be… and believe you can 💪🏼

No one can quite prepare you for the journey of growing into your own skin but every day gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself, surprise yourself and becoming who you want to be.

Prep, the rollercoaster ride.
It can take you to uncomfortable places, but it can also take you on an incredible (and ok emotional) journey where you discover and learn more about yourself and your abilities.

New federation last year threw me out my comfort zone but have me new challenges and goals to work towards.

You know what…
sometimes it’s ok to be your own motivation and be proud. 🫶🏻

I did that!

Look back at where you started and look forward to where you can go.

Next time… bigger and better 💪🏼
